Decision Matrix - Camtasia

A Decision Matrix is a collection of information that is gathered and placed in a table to decide which is the best possible option to follow.
My Decision Matrix was made in power point, then I recorded it with a new program called camtasia.
I added some background sounds and a voice narration and also a few special effects.
